The implementation period for the fund spans from 2026 to 2032.<\/p>\n<p>The study primarily relied on literature and existing practice analysis. To define and quantify energy and transport poverty, data analysis was conducted, drawing mainly on data from Statistics Estonia. The suitability of the proposed measures was tested during a validation seminar held with sectoral experts.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]A total of eight different measures were developed to alleviate energy and transport poverty.
